At ENVO, we’re proud to offer innovative products that meet the needs of our customers. To help us continue expanding our offerings, we’re in search of an experienced product manager to navigate our products between multi-disciplines, while being the ultimate owner of each of those products commercial results. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for gaps in consumer product offerings and an innovative mindset for filling them. This person should be a highly skilled market analyst with a proven ability to strategize the full lifecycle of a product, from conception to release, and to provide feedback after release.
We’re looking for a confident leader who can guide cross-functional teams in the creation of products, or elevating existing products standpoint to improve customer experience and grow market share. Product manager works closely in matrix environment with the other departments such as engineering, marketing, sales, finance, supply chain, customer service to navigate and achieve the product targets, and manager reports to Chief Product Officer.
Objectives
To be the product owner in charge of the following:
- Product overall sales and revenue
- Product overall cost management and profitability
- Product development and supply chain
- Product market research, launch, market positioning, marketing lead generation
- Product overall customers experience and retention
Responsibilities
- Drive the execution of all processes in the product lifecycle, including product and market research, competitor analysis, development and launch roadmap (for new products), sales and marketing campaigns and programs (planning and implementation)
- Create product strategy documents that describe business cases, high-level use cases, technical requirements, revenue, and ROI, and other managerial reporting
- Analyze market data to develop sales strategies, and define product objectives for effective marketing communications
- Collaborate closely with engineering, production, marketing, and sales teams in the development, QA, and release of products, and balance resources to ensure success for the entire organization
- Structure and organize the product-based marketing framework
- Providing reports on planning and starting of new product launches
- Managing analytics for websites, and social media platforms utilizing Google Ads and Analytics for competitive, besides Facebook Ads and Insights, Youtube Analytics and Instagram insights
- Develop, implement, and maintain production development, and/or marketing and sales campaign timelines across multiple departments
- Appraise new product ideas and strategize appropriate go-to-market plans, if needed
Preferred skills and qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in product design, marketing, or engineering, ideally with an MBA
- Previous experience in physical product (Mechanical, Electronic, and Electrical components) development
- Proven success as a product developer
- Demonstrable knowledge of digital marketing and e-commerce
- Exceptional writing and editing skills, combined with strong presentation and public speaking skills
- High effectiveness in managing cross-functional teams
- Experience with Zoho ERP is a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $65,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
