Marketing Director

The Director of Marketing focuses on the creation and execution of high-impact marketing campaigns in support of D3's business objectives. This position requires the creativity and ability to shape raw information into tangible value.


The Director of Marketing collaborates with Sales and, Product Management to leverage their experience in demonstrating the benefit of a D3’s award-winning software suite. The Director of Marketing is expected to creatively and continuously improve the way we do campaigns. Through the utilization of Salesforce.com , campaign management tools and tracking mechanisms, the Director of Marketing will have the tools at their avail to aggressively pursue success. Major Responsibilities:


  • Develop integrated marketing programs that support the acquisition of new customers
  • Effectively plan, create, execute, and measure high-impact traditional and online marketing programs to meet or exceed D3’s revenue goals and objectives
  • Support the sales organization with sales tools including competitive positioning materials, white papers, case studies, presentations, web content/webinars, and other customer and channel communications
  • Overseeing SEO/SEM campaigns, building annual strategies to grow web traffic through industry terms and techniques
  • Develop messaging and core content in support of sales tools, high-impact marketing assets, customer and partner-facing documents, enablement materials, videos, etc.
  • Ensure leads generated by programs are properly assigned and handed off into the pre/post-event lead qualification process
  • Act as subject matter expert and key presenter on current topics

  • A minimum of 2 to 4 years’ experience in marketing communications, marketing programs, or product marketing with a technology company
  • BA/BS in Business, Marketing or Engineering/Computer Science
  • Proven success managing and executing multiple concurrent client acquisition marketing programs, specifically launch activities and programs, and including advertising, customer retention, events, and sales and marketing collateral development.
