We are looking for a highly skilled Marketing Director to help us tell Loop’s story to a wide cross-section of stakeholders including customers, ecosystem channel partners and investors. The ideal candidate will be an independent thinker capable of collaborating effectively with both sales and engineering teams while working on multiple projects simultaneously. We are looking for a candidate to work closely with the CCO towards the development and lead the implementation of marketing plans and strategies, customer engagement concepts, and promotional programs to drive overall market awareness, customer mind-share capture and product sales.

Loop’s nature as a rapidly growing green-energy company will also require the successful candidate to demonstrate a strong entrepreneurial spirit to help foster a dynamic and innovative work environment.

The successful candidate will

  • Spearhead the strategic and tactical execution of marketing campaigns, including design and implementation of tests, tracking, results reporting, analysis, and recommendations
  • Develop tradeshow/conference participation plan, strategy, and budgets, and maintain a yearly budget for the marketing team
  • Attend and/or participate at conventions, conferences, and tradeshows, preparing engaging displays and collateral as needed, and providing post-event reports and analysis
  • Work with business development and sales teams on evaluating customer feedback and developing tools and materials to support customer engagement, sales and after-sales support process
  • Conduct regular reviews of the competitive landscape and identify product and marketing positioning tends
  • Conduct regular reviews of relevant industry media publications and competitor announcements and prepare a periodic summary of the findings
  • Develop and implement media engagement strategy and the social medial and web page strategy
  • Lead the development of innovative advertising, public relations, and social media events
  • Manage agency providers, consultants, freelancers, and other suppliers, including contract negotiation and management
  • Oversee the operation of a company’s website or email marketing program and provide analytics review, supervise a marketing team, including hiring, training, workloads, schedules, and deadlines

Position Requirements


  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business Management
  • Minimum of 10 years’ experience in marketing consumer product(s)
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
  • Experience in development of on-line and social medial events and campaigns
  • Successful track record in relevant marketing roles and creating marketing campaigns
  • A customer-focused attitude, content creation experience and a strong drive for results
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at once, effective communication style and high level of writing
  • Experience with digital and print marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing
  • Experience working in a fast-paced start-up environment and proven ability to plan and managing budgets
