We are now looking for a highly motivated and experienced customer service leader to join our team as Head of Customer Success. 


You should have significant customer service experience, specifically focused on business marketing and online platforms. You will be obsessed with helping businesses of all sizes, from local independents to national brands and shopping malls across Canada and the USA. You will be leading a team responsible for direct business support and influencing the development of our online platform.

You will be responsible for:

  • Customer Success - working directly with our business customers to help them use our platform to attract and retain customers.
  • Developing a Customer Strategy - that defines success for our customers and helps every business have a positive experience with GetintheLoop.
  • Leading the Partner Success Team - to support our business customers across North America
  • Championing Content - driving the depth, range and quality of the offers and experiences available on GetintheLoop - all designed to attract consumers
  • Working with our Product Team - to develop the GetintheLoop product so that it is easy and effective for our business customers to use independently. 
  • Working with our Marketing, Owner and Education Teams - to help develop strategies and materials that will help every business achieve success on GetintheLoop.

We will be excited if you have proven experience of:

  1. Customer Service Operations in Canada and the USA
  2. Creative writing focused on consumer attraction
  3. Building strong business relationships - by phone, online and face to face
  4. Participating in the design and development of products and online platforms
  5. Working with national brands and independent businesses - directly and indirectly
  6. Leading a distributed team responsible for supporting business customers
  7. Exceptional use of online applications and social platforms in business
  8. Working in entrepreneurial and rapidly changing environments
  9. Working with multiple stakeholders internally and externally
  10. Being results-driven and able to draw insight from customer data
