Agile Team Lead

$82,578.37 - $94,300.04 annually plus 9.9% Temporary Market Adjustment

Natural Resource Information and Digital Services (NRIDS) partners with Natural Resource Ministries (NRM) to drive the modernization and transformation of business practices for the NRM through continuous improvement projects, new technology options and operational information management/information technology (IM/IT).

The Team Lead is accountable for providing leadership to all aspects of digital product and agile development for NRM clients. The Agile Team Lead is relied upon, as an advocate for NRM business partnerships, ensures outcomes are aligned with clients’ objectives and satisfies key financial and operational performance indicators. The Agile Team Lead works in close collaboration with senior business leaders and IMIT colleagues and leads multi-disciplinary teams of IMIT professionals.

Qualifications for this role include:

 

·        Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Management, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or in a related field plus three (3) years of *related experience.

  • Diploma in related field plus four (4) years of *related experience
  • Certificate in related field plus five (5) years of *related experience
  • An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
  •  

*Related experience must include some experience from each of the following to total up to the years of experience required:

  • Leading the creation, improvement, and management of a wide variety of digital products and services for an organization of similar size and complexity.
  • Managing relationships with a wide network of clients and internal/external partners.
  • Managing budgets, contracts and expenditures ensuring compliance with fiscal parameters and the prudent use of financial resources.
  • Supervising IM/IT professionals.
  • Experience using modern agile product delivery practices to design, deliver and continuously improve high quality digital products and services.
